DJ Skizz is known for his production on projects by artists like M.O.P.’s Lil Fame, Big Noyd, Havoc, Infamous Mobb, Group Home, Sean Price, Roc Marciano, Masta Ace, Nature, Timeless Truth, and Krumbsnatcha, to name a few. The deejay/producer has been on New York radio waves for a significant amount of time and is currently a member of the Halftime Radio Show on WNYU FM 89.1. His career in media spans over a decade. DJ Skizz?s scratching abilities were most recently showcased on three songs off the Masta Ace/MF Doom LP, MA_DOOM: Son of Yvonne.
Skizz has decided to release a full length project displaying his production skills and the New York Hip Hop scene on June 23. The Brooklyn, New York resident is known for highlighting Underground Hip Hop on his radio shows.
?Triboro Thoro,? the first single off B.Q.E. (Brooklyn-Queens Experience) was released on May 1 in the form of a music video. The east coast record features Hannibal Stax (of F.A.B.I.D./Gang Starr Foundation), Big Noyd, and NYGz’ Panchi. All three of these emcees represent the New York area. Hannibal Stax represents East New York, Brooklyn. Big Noyd is from Queens and Panchi hails from the boogie-down Bronx.
