Top Billion – Over the Top (2012)

This album is a collaborative effort between French producer Blockos-K and American rapper Top Billion. The two met via the internet around the time Top Billion released the album “Future Nostalgia.” The recording of this album was done by Top in Monroe and New Orleans. The production, mixing, and mastering was done by Blockos in France. The album took a year and a half to complete.
