This was by far the dopest of all the FMF series released. I used to rock this CD all the fk’n time when it first dropped. This is a personal rip from the retail pressed CD. Using “scene” standards. This was ripped using LAME encoding @ 190 VBR. This is the same shit you would get from any bs tagged scene drop, except no pretty .NFO with cool-guy ascii art. Tracks are all split already so no CUE to mess with. doesnt have the “00” file either, but thats because i just dont give a fk about those….

deap you from around here? cuz i think when flex had these 2 tapes droppin he would just play huge portions of it on the radio before it dropped. i wondered why night after night, it’d be the same mix. it was dope, but i was highly disappointed at the laziness of these high profile djs.

yeah alley im orig from L(str)ong Island NY. Used to rock out to hot 97. most of the dj mixes were pre-recorded but was still hot shit. I used to love all the hip-hop artists that would show up all randomly and just freestyle the shit out of those mics. I remember one awhile back with Busta Rhymes and Rampage. Busta shredded that station for 30-45 minutes of straight freestyle. But there were so many others…..i miss NY but wouldnt dream of moving back….its a vacation spot for me now LoL
