The project comprises 16 original joints, 1 of which were produced by Mason Payne. This album is meant to showcase Kemi’s versatility not only as an upcoming artist, but as a producer/composer as well. A wide range of feelings and emotions can be heard throughout this project along with creative rhyme schemes and wordplay over top of some heavy-hitting beats. Elevator Music has been on the drawing board for a long time and includes songs that were written, recorded, or produced as long as 4 years ago all the way to songs that were recorded within a month of this release. This was intended to be his way of showing the world his development. Distinguishing the old from the new may be a challenge for the listener as everything is structured to create an all around well put together project.
