This album was created over a one year span, or should I say a One year “Roller-coaster.” I was having a hard time putting it out because I didn’t feel I was actually over the “Roller-coaster.”
Every time I went to drop this album, I found myself back riding the train freaking out screaming saying “Why am I still rolling on this?” And with that said, these songs evolved from it.
As time moved on, it wasn’t just the album that I was having a hard time with, but the fact that I myself knew it was time to get off and get on with the next ride life had in store for me.
When I finally did step away, more songs evolved. I had grown, and so had life! So the album continued to take shape. It winds around from crazy to emotional, to happy, to complete peace.
