Meyhem Lauren is a total bruiser of a rapper and a fixture on New York’s vital-as-fuck underground rap scene, and he’s also the man responsible for this amazing album cover. During SXSW, he got together with a bunch of friends and recorded his Respect The Fly Shit album, which, given the talents of everyone involved, should be awesome. On first taste “Special Effects,” he hooks up with old friend Action Bronson and Das Racist’s Himanshu, and all three go in over a beat from Harry Fraud, a producer who is just ripping motherfuckers to pieces right now.
