Here is another dope release from producers Headnodic and Rain, as well as slept on Boston MC Moe Pope. Moe and Rain reached out to Headnodic to remix tracks from their 2010 collaboration, Life After God (check it out, it’s one of my favorite releases from last year), using one group or artist to snatch samples from. That artist turned out to be the legendary English electronic band from the 80’s: Depeche Mode.

If you had the chance to listen to Moe Pope and Headnodic’s MegaBjork album, than you already know they have no problem flipping experimental genres into banging and cohesive hip hop remakes.
