Benny Blacc is a founding member of the legendary Smugglaz street rapper crew from the infamous corridors of Jane and Finch in Toronto. This eclectic mix of music illustrates the evolution of one of Canada’s pioneering hip-hop artists. Benny Blacc first hit the scene with his partner Sticky Green of The Smugglaz with the hit single “Street Rappers” in 2000 that aired across Canada on MuchMusic television and later documented by CBC National News in prime time making history for Toronto street rappers.

Now, Benny Blacc, through many trials and tribulations has returned with a solo effort entitled Blacc By Popular Demand that hits iTunes today and later on will be shipped to HMV stores across Canada. Guest features include JB and Yung Jixx of GCP, Sticky Green of Smugglaz, and many more.
